Constructing a contingent of teachers is a key to improving the level and quality of operating a college. while constructing the academic echelon is the central system of constructing the contingent of teachers. This article puts forward several suggestions for constructing further the academic echelon through reviewing and analyzing the practice during constructing the academic echelon of our college to promote our academic echelon much better.
