摘要 为了对液氧/煤油高压补燃发动机试验过程进行实时监测,以便及时发现故障并能够采取相应的措施,基于虚拟仪器技术,运用LabVIEW7.0软件开发环境,开发了一套液氧/煤油发动机数据分析与故障检测系统。通过实例验证,该系统能够大幅提高试验数据分析的效率,并对发动机试验过程的故障进行快速有效的检测。 A real time data analysis and faults detecting system was presented in this paper. The system was developed for real time mornitoring of LO2/kerosene rocket engine hot run process, in order to find out faults and take necessary messures in time. Therefore, based on the virtual instruments technology and LabVIEW7.0 software enviroment, a data analyzing and faults detecting system was developed for LO2/kerosene rocket engine hot run tests. The system operations during the engine hot run tests prove that the data analysis efficiency is increased draftly by the system. The faults detecting of the hot run process can be preformed quickly and efficiently by the system.
