摘要
伴随工农业生产的迅猛发展及人口的快速增长,环境污染日益加剧,土壤成了直接受害者,土壤污染的治理迫在眉睫。治理污染土壤的方法很多,其中菌根修复是近年来发展起来的利用真菌和植物根系形成共生体的一种生物修复方法。本文概述了菌根在生态系统中的重要性,讨论了菌根增强植物在各种胁迫环境中的耐受性及其机理,并对国内外利用菌根生物技术修复受污染土壤的研究作了介绍,旨在为菌根修复的应用提供科学依据。
Contamination, especially soil contamination, had increased seriously in our country coming along with the fast development of industry agriculture and increase of urban population. So these contaminated soils need to be amended imminently. There are many amend methods now, such as physical , chemical and biological amend. In this article, we mainly introduced mycorrhizal amend, one of biological amend methods. Mycorrhizae, a kind of plant - fungus symbionts, play a important role in ecological system and can improve plants endurance towards all kinds of survival press. Here, we discussed the mechanism of improved endurance and introduced researches on mycorrhizal amend towards contaminated soils. This article will provide scientifical foundation for the application of mycorrhizal amend.
