萝卜种子发芽试验研究

Study on Germination of Raphanus sativus Seed

分别采用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)处理萝卜种子,结果表明:经GA3100 mg/L,IAA100 mg/L,NAA0.5 mg/L处理可缩短发芽时间,提高发芽率、发芽势及活力指数。其中100 mg/L的GA3处理的效果最好。对萝卜幼苗早期生长都有良好的促进作用。

Seeds of Raphanus sativus were treated with different concentrations of GA3, IAA and NAA. The results indicated that not only the time of the germination was reduced, but also the germination rate, germination vigor, vigor index were increased with GA3, IAA, NAA treatments respectively. Among these treatments with 100 mg/L GA3 can obviously enhance the germination rate, germination vigor, vigor index. They can enhance the seeding previous growth of Raphanus sativus better.
