以标准体重中药计量治疗儿科病证479例疗效分析

Analysis on 479 Cases of Pediatric Common Disease Treated with Chinese Drugs in Standard Measurement

以标准体重中药计量治疗儿科病证４７９例（治疗组），并以传统用量治疗２９０例（对照组）进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率９１．６％，对照组８０．７％，经统计两组间有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，提示以标准有体重计量用药，能提高疗效，并有利于统一标准，规范计量。

cases of pediatric commen disease have been treated with Chinese drugs in standard measurement, compared with 290 cases treated in traditional measurement. The result showed that the total effect rate was 91. 6% in treatment group and 80. 7% in control group. There are obvi- ous difference between them (P < 0. 01 ). The cure effect in treatment group was better than that in control one. The stan- dard measurement used in clinic may improve cure effect.
