摘要
文章介绍了元认知和自主学习的概念,阐述了元认知对自主学习的促进作用以及如何在物理教学中培养和发展学生的元认知.
This paper mainly introduces the concepts of metacongnition and self-regulated learning, illustrates the function of metacongnition in developing students ability of self-regulated learning,and also points out how to cultivating students metacongnition in physics teaching.
