国家助学贷款实施中的若干问题思考

国家助学贷款是国家对家庭经济困难的大学生资助政策的重要组成部分,是国家实施科教兴国战略的一项重要举措,国家助学贷款的实施,得到了社会的肯定和贫困生的欢迎.但由于政策本身存在的缺陷,加上相关制度体系的不完善,使这个功在当代,利在千秋的好事,陷入了进退两难的尴尬境地.文章就国家助学贷款开始实施以来遇到问题浅谈一些看法及建议.

The national student loads, which consist as an important act in the strategy of “Rejuvenating the nation through science and education”, is a chief part of assisting poverty- stricken college students overcome financial difficulties. The introduction of this national student loan program is warmly welcomed by the society especially the financially disadvantaged families, and certain result has been obtained. However the program＇s related regulations are not perfect, which put the loads into a dilemma. This paper mainly solves the problems exist in carrying out loads, and my humble opinion is basically on the aspects of students, schools, banks and government and so on.
