2002～2006年军队疗养员出院诊断分析

Diagnosis of military recuperator at discharge from sanatorium between 2002 and 2006

目的探讨新时期军队疗养院医疗保健工作的规律和重点,为全面提高军队疗养院的建设水平提供参考依据。方法采用临床流行病学的方法对我院2002年～2006年军队疗养员的出院诊断进行统计分析。结果近5年来我院疗养收容逐年增加,军队疗养员患病率也逐年递增。最常见疾病为高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、前列腺增生和颈、腰椎疾病等。军队疗养员患病率与年龄相关。结论军队疗养院应继续加强疗养学科的建设,以康复疗养为重点,进一步加强疗养保健工作,特别是对老年疗养员的康复保健工作和老年病防治的研究。

Objective To explore the law and the emphasis of medical and health protection in Military Sanatorium in the dew stage and improve the military Sanatorium development. Method Diagnosis ＆misfits Analysis of the Military Rccuperator leaving the Shnatorium from 2002 t, 2006 with clinical Epidemiology. Results In the recent 5 years, the number of the Military Recuperator was increased in our sanatorium and in the meanwhile the prevalence rate was also increased year by ）,ear. The most conlmon diseases were Hypertensive. Coronary heart disease. Diabetes Mellitus. Prostatic hypertrophy and Cervical Spondylosis. The prevalence rate of the Miilitary Recuperalor was related with the age. Conclusion The Military Sanatorium should augment the development of specialized subject and the recuperation was tile most important subject. The results suggested that it was very important to study the recuperate protection and gerontology ill military Sanatoium
