西昌学院学生课外体育活动现状的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Present Situation of Sport Activities after Class of the Students in Xichang College

本文采用文献资料、数理统计法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对西昌学院学生参加课外体育活动现状进行调查,并对本院大学生参加课外体育活动的动机、活动项目、参与情况和方式等相关问题也进行分析研究,指出了存在的问题与不足,并提出了今后我院开展课外体育活动的对策,为今后我院体育教学改革提供了经验借鉴和理论依据。

Emplying the methods of literature analysis, mathematical statistics and questionaire, this paper nubes an investigation on the present situation of the sports activities after class of the students in Xichang college, analyzes their motivations, sports events, participation situation and means of participation, and then points out the existing problems. As a conclusion, it proposes remedial measues for after class phisical activities in our college, and provides a practical theory of P. E reform to our college＇ s P. E.
