摘要
学校文化是学校在长期办学实践中形成的、其成员习得并共同拥有和相互作用、通过一定的物质载体和行为方式呈现出来的思想观念、制度规范的总和,表现为精神文化、制度文化和物质文化三种形态。由于其计划性、专业性、组织性和日益丰富的内涵,学校文化在无形中向儿童传授着价值规范、培养着情感态度、发展着行为技能并进而影响、促进着儿童的社会化。
The school culture is the summation of thoughts and criterion which is presented through certain carrier of material and way of behavior. It is formed in the school running practice and in the practice of the acquiring and possessing, and the mutual effects among the school members in a long term. The school culture can be seen in three manifestations: the spiritual culture, the system culture and the material culture. Duo to its plan, its specialization, its organization and its increasing connotation, the school culture imperceptibly imparts the value criterion to the children, fosters their emotion manners, develops their behavior skills and then influences and promotes their socialization.
