摘要
采用低温气体多元共渗技术在20钢表面同时渗入C、N、O3种元素,在材料表面形成了厚且致密均匀的渗层。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微技术测定了渗层相的组成以及渗层的表面形貌,采用摩擦磨损实验和电化学测试技术对渗层和原始材料的耐磨性进行了对比试验研究。结果表明渗层以氧化物、氮化物和碳化物为主,且氮化物居多,相对于原始材料,硬度、耐蚀性提高,摩擦因数降低,这在工业生产中有广阔的应用前景。
Carbon, nitrogen, oxygen were infiltrated into the 20 steel by low temperature gas muhicomponent permeation technique, and its performance was studied. The phase construction and micro-structure of alloying layer were investigated by XRD and SEM technique. The tribological property and corrosion resistance were studied by friction and wear experiment, electrochemical method. The experimental results show that penetrating layer contains oxide, nitride and carbide, and the nitride is primary. Compared with original material, the penetrating layer has much higher surface hardness, smaller friction coefficient and better corrosion resistance.
