“一国两制”构想的伟大创新

邓小平创造性地提出并推动实施了"一国两制"的伟大构想,这反映了中国政府在解决重大历史问题时务实而明智的作风。本文从国家学说和国家统一思想、国家宪法内容和地方自治立法、国家管理结构和地方自治体制以及解决历史遗留问题的思路和方式等四个方面,对"一国两制"政策在形成与实施过程中的诸多重大创新加以总结和探究。

Deng Xiaoping creatively put forward and fulfilled the great conceit of ＂one state two systems＂, it reflected realistic and wise deportment of Chinese government when resolve great historic questions. This paper concluded and discussed about several great innovations in the process of forming and fulfilling ＂one state two systems＂ policy, from the four aspects of state theory and state unification thought, state constitution content and regional autonomic legislation, state managerial structure and regional autonomic system, and the thought and mode of resolving historically left issues.
