浅谈网德缺失现象

网德缺失是指违背社会主流道德观念的网络不文明行为。本文探究了网络反道德现象的具体行为类型:非犯罪的、未立法的、执法难的、法律道德边缘的行为等等;进一步分析了其产生的原因:社会文化传统的断层、技术的快速更新与社会控制的相对弱化、物质利益的强大诱因、社会潜在心理的释放;并提出了相应对策:加强社会主义网德建设、加强虚拟世界的法度约束。
