侦查模式改革思考

侦查模式的改革,是我国刑事诉讼制度改革的重点之一,也是追求刑事诉讼公正价值目标的体现。本文拟就我国侦查模式改革的走向以及与侦查相关法律的修改问题进行探讨,并提出改革的基本思路。

The reform in detective mode is one of main points in our country＇s criminal suit system reform, and also is a reflection of pursuing value target of justice in criminal suit. This paper tries to discuss about the tendency of our country＇s detective mode reform, especially about modifying the law that relates to detection, and put forward some ideas and methods for it.
