图书馆文献管理工作之我见

图书馆文献管理工作是一种特殊的实践活动。静态地看,由馆员、文献和手段三要素构成,动态地看,有收集、组织和提供三个环节。文献管理工作既是图书馆学研究的起点和基础,又是图书馆工作的基本内容。

Library literature management is a kind of particular practical activity. Statically it is composed of the three elements as librarian, literature and means, dynamically it has the three procedure as collecting, organizing and providing. Literature managerial work either is starting point and fundament of studying on library science, or is basic content of library work.
