摘要
讨论了信号发生器类仪器自动检定系统软件设计的方法和实现过程。通过使用VISA I/O接口函数库实现了软件兼容常见仪器接口的设计目标;使用数据库技术和合理的检定流程设计方法提高了软件的通用性,实现了软件和具体仪器资源无关,特别是与检定规程或校准方法无关的设计目标。他的应用极大地提高了信号源检定/校准的工作效率,检定/校准数据的准确性,也减轻了检定/校准人员的工作强度,具有较为广泛的实用性。
The design method and realization in the automatic verification system for signal generating instruments are dis cussed. The compatibity of software with ordinary instrument interface is realized with VISA I/O interface function. The irrel evancy between the software and the specific instrument resource is achieved using database and reasonable verification flow The efficiency of verification is enhanced greatly,the veracity of the data is assured and the workload is reduced by the applica tion of this software.
