关于完善我国集体土地所有权制度的思考

随着社会经济的发展，我国的土地所有权制度显示出不少弊端，特别是集体土地所有权主体的虚置，以及与国家土地所有权客体界线的不清，导致大量的弃耕抛荒、农民利益受损。应当通过明确集体土地所有权主体，划清集体土地与国家土地所有权客体范围，确立农民社员权，赋予集体土地所有权主体适当限制下的土地处分权等方式来完善集体土地所有权制度。
