高校女子健美操课教法探析

摘要 以往的健美操课大都重视学生的健身作用,却忽视了健心作用。从高校女子健美操课的教学内容和方法等方面入手进行探索研究,着重加强基本功教学,逐步使学生形成正确的身体姿态;教会学生如何理解音乐,并在音乐的伴奏下通过健美操的动作表达自身情感,增强自信;同时,通过多种教学方法的有机结合,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高学习兴趣,树立他们正确的审美观,使学生敢于发挥和表现自我,培养他们奋发向上、积极进取的品质,使健美操运动真正成为大学生健心、健身的有效手段。 The Body-building class before mainly pays attention to the function of building body, but neglects the function of building mind. This essay will begin with the exploration of teaching content and teaching method of the college girls' body-building class. Emphatically strengthens the teaching of basic skills, and helps students from correct physical gesture. Instructs them how to understand the music and how to express their feeling and increase confidence by using their bodies when accompanied with music. At the same time, try to give full play to the students' activity so as to improve their interests in study, set up their correct view of beauty, encourage them to show themselves, and cultivate their qualities of rous- ing and forging ahead. So to make the body-building activity become the effective means to build the college students' body as well as their minds.
