The Reconsidering and Countermeasure of Net Morals Question

全球计算机网络诞生以来，它对人类社会产生了非同寻常的冲击。不仅形成以互联网为载体的网络社会，还滋生了一系列严重的道德问题。这些问题的出现与网络、现实社会和网民三方面因素密不可分，还以显性或隐性的形式影响着人类社会发展的进程。从观念和行为两个层面，网络、个人和社会三方面入手消除网络道德问题的原则，在操作上还应配合使用加强他律和提高自律的措施，并建设性地制定了一些具体对策。

It has had the unusual impact on the human society since the world computer network appeared. It not only bred the network society, but also multiplied some serious moral question. These questions are inseparable with the network＇s characteristic, and affects the development of human society in the form of Dominance or recessive. So, this article proposed the principles which from idea and the practice, network, individual and society to solve the network moral problem. On the other hand, we should strengthen self-discipline and hetero-discipline measure and correspondingly formulate some Concrete Countermeasure.
