摘要
高等院校是培养人才的基地，也是实施国防教育的重要场所，军训是其实施国防教育的基本形式。高等院校实施国防教育具有重大的战略意义。
Colleges and universities are the base to foster talents, also a best place to carry out national defense education. Military training is a basic form for nation defense education and is of great significance.
