摘要
对有效容积为100L的中试规模ASBR反应器的启动方法和启动过程中颗粒污泥性质进行了研究。结果表明,反应器经过100d的启动运行,洗出沉降性能差的颗粒污泥,保留了大量活性高、沉降性能好的颗粒污泥,启动结束时反应器的有机负荷达到10gCOD/(L·d),COD去除率达859/6以上。反应器启动结束后,颗粒污泥的性质发生了显著变化:颗粒污泥平均直径由0.78mm增加到1.18mm,颗粒污泥沉降速度最大达到70.2m/h,比产甲烷活性几乎是接种颗粒污泥的4倍。
The start-up of a pilot-scale ASBR and the characteristic of granular sludge during start-up are studied. The results showes that the start-up of ASBR could be completed in 100 days with COD loading rate of 10 g COD/(L · d) and COD removal efficiency of larger than 85%, since the granular sludge with bad settleablity are washed out and that with good settleability are remained. During start-up, the characteristic of granular sludge changes remarkably: the average granular diameter increases from 0.78 mm to 1.18 mm; the maximum settling velocity reached 70.2 rn/h and the specific methanogenic activity increases up to 4 times as large as that of the inoculated sludge.
