Study on the Contribution of Automobile Energy-Saving Certification to the Petroleum Safety in Our Country

在阐述了汽车节能认证对我国石油安全贡献的定性分析和定量分析的基础上,文章分析了汽车节能认证对国家石油安全贡献的作用机理及其评价指标体系,并提出了计算汽车节能认证对国家石油安全贡献率的数学模型。

By qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes theoretically the function mechanism and the evaluation indexes system about the contribution of the automobile energy-saving certification to the petroleum safety,then puts forward the mathematical model which counts the contribution rate of the automobile energy-saving certification to the petroleum safety.
