摘要
本文通过国别比较研究,探索了上证综指和我国经济的关系,发现上证综指脱离了我国经济基本面。对此进行了假说检验,指出综指脱离我国经济基本面的核心原因是由于我国股市的一些制度性缺陷,而并非上市公司不具有代表性;在此基础上提出了改进上证综指的一些建议。
The author explores the relationship between SSEC and China＇ s economic fundamentals through comparative study, and finds that SSEC deviate China＇ s economic fundamentals. Then the author makes some hypothesis and tests them. The main reason is the mechanism limitation in our stock market, not the composition of the listed companies. Based on these, the author gives some suggestions on how to improve SSEC.
