摘要
目的:探讨集体心理治疗对缓解期精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法:将180例恢复期住院患者随机分成两组,在精神药物剂量不变的情况下,对其中的90例进行集体心理治疗(治疗组),另90例为对照组的比较(对照组),采用BPRS、IPROS总分、DAS、SDS及SAS于治疗前和治疗后三个月时进行量表评定。结果:治疗组在治疗后三个月时的社会功能缺陷程度明显降低,IPROS总分与干预前比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),BPRS总分较治疗前有极显著性差异(P<0.001),同时患者的焦虑抑郁情绪亦均有明显减低,SAS及SDS标准分与治疗前比较均有非常显著性差异;而对照组除BPRS总分较治疗前有极显著性差异外(P<0.05)其余各量表均无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组在治疗后各量表评分比较均有非常显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论:集体心理治疗能提高临床疗效,减轻患者心理障碍,提高社会心理适应能力。
Objective：To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on rehabilitation of schizophrenics. Methods ：180 schizophrenics in remission were randomly divided into study group and control group. Two groups were based on same psychiatric medicine, and assessed with BPRS,iPROS, SDS and SAS before and after 3 months＇intervention. Results： In study group, the scores of IPROS, SDS, SAS and BPRS significantly decreased at the end of 3 months＇intervention （ P 〈 0.01 or 0. 001 ）, but in control group, the score of BPRS significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） while the scores Of IPROS, SDS andSAS did not 3 months later （ P 〉 0.05）. There were significant differences in the scores of BPRS, IPROS, SDS, and SAS between two groups at the end of 3 months intervention. Conclusions： Psychotherapy can improve negative symptoms, and anxious symptoms of rehabilitative schizophrenics.
