Glycogen Rich Uterine Leiomyoma

本文着重讨论富含糖原的子宫平滑肌瘤的临床病理和超微结构特征。富含糖原的子宫肌瘤不同于常见的子宫平滑肌瘤，其光镜下胞质呈空泡状，但在电镜下瘤细胞质内含有大量成堆的糖原颗粒，其原因可能与患者的孕激素水平有关。

This report discusses mainly a clinicopathologic and ultrastructural feature of glycogen rich uterine leiomyoma. This kind of uterine myoma is different from commor ones. It shows vacuole like in cytoplasm under optic microscope and numerous glycogen granules in the cytoplasm under electron microscope. Cause of accumulation of glycogen may have a relation to level of the patient′s progesterone.
