摘要
叶片是一种典型的曲面零件,建模过程较为复杂。探讨了基于SolidWorks平台的轴流泵叶轮的三维设计方法,解决了轴流泵叶片精确建模问题。采用Visual Basic,Microsoft Access对SolidWorks进行了二次开发,实现了轴流泵叶轮的自动建模,提高了建模效率和造型精度。
Blade of pumps is a special kind of curved parts, the modeling is very complex. Three dimensional design method of axial flow impeller base on SolidWorks is investigated, and the problem of accurate modeling of axial flow blade is resolved. Automatic modeling of axial flow impeller is realized through SolidWorks API, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access, the efficiency and precision of modeling are improved.
