摘要 对跳机时运行工况的数据采用频谱分析方法进行详细的分析,找出轴承振动超标的原因为汽流激振。对汽流激振问题进行剖析,阐述了汽流激振的特征和避免汽流激振的实质性措施,提出了运行中采用的解决方法和相关建议。 The aim of this paper is to analyze the condition data by using spectral method when a trip occurred during the unit's operation and find out the reason of the bearing over-speed vibration caused by flow-induced vibration, and analyze and describe its characteristics and the main measures taken to prevent the flow-induced vibration. Finaly, the solution and the relative suggestion to be adopted during operation are presented.
