摘要
采取改良的结扎颈外动脉分支,颈内动脉注射复合血栓诱导剂1ml/kg,观察伊文氏蓝渗出,自发性血小板聚集率,脑电图,脑重量和脑病理变化。结果表明本模型造成的脑血栓为血小板血栓,且更接近于病理过程,使血栓集中分布于同侧大脑半球,重现性好。
Cerebral thrombosis model of rats was formed by tying the branch of vena jugularis externa and injecting the compound thrombosis induced 1 ml/kg into the arteria carotis interna The Even's blue extravase,platelet aggregation ratio,EEC,the weight ratio of infarcted and contrateral hemisphere and cerebral tissue pathological changes were observed These results show that the cerebral thrombosis model is very similar to the clinical pathological process with concentrating platelet thrombosis on the infarcted hemisphere and that the repetition of this experimental model is also very good
