槲皮素磷酸酯钾对脑缺血再灌损伤的影响及其机制分析

摘要 用Pulsineli四动脉结扎法造成大鼠急性脑缺血再灌损伤,观察槲皮素磷酸酯钾的保护作用并探讨其机制。结果表明:静脉注射槲皮素磷酸酯钾20mg/kg可降低脑钙及丙二醛含量,减轻脑水肿并缓解脑损伤引起的乳酸脱氢酶释放,改善脑电图的抑制和脑组织的病理损伤,提示本品对脑缺血再灌损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与防止脑细胞钙超载和抗脂质过氧化有关。 To observe the effects of potassium quercetin phosphate (PQP) on cerebral reperfusion injury and study the mechanism of its action The animal model was performed by 40 min occlusion of four vessels and release 1 h in rats PQP (iv,20 mg/kg) declined calcium accumulation (P<0 05) and lipid peroxides,reduced brain edema,suppressed lactate dehydrogenase releasing from brain tissues,promoted the recovery of EEG and ameliorated pathological changes The findings show that PQP protects brain tissue from reperfusion injury through calcium antagonism and antilipid peroxidation
