摘要
水轮机机电安装过程中,座环加工的目的是消除座环在工地组焊及混凝土浇筑产生的变形。传统的座环加工采用人工打磨的方法,工期较长且精度不高。湖北水布垭水电站1号机组座环机加工采用旋转式的车削设备,从设备安装到机加工完成仅使用两个月时间且加工结果优良。水布垭座环机加工设备及其安装和加工过程,可以供参考。
In the mechanical and electrical installation of turbine, the processing of base ring is to eliminate the deformation of base ring which is occurred during its welding in field and concrete pouring period. The traditional processing of base ring is artificial, with long processing period and low accuracy. The processing of base ring for the No.1 generating unit of the Shuibuya Hydropower Station in Hubei Province adopts rotational turning device. It only took two months from the installation to the completion of processing and its processing results are very good, which can be used for reference.
