长段气管缺损重建 被引量:2

摘要 气管病变的理想治疗方法是切除病变气管一期对端吻合,但如气管缺损超过6cm(9~10软骨环)则被认为是无法进行端端吻合的,是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科尚未解决的难题。本文介绍近年国内外学者研究的主要重建方法现状和进展。
