摘要
齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂1.40Mt/a延迟焦化装置自2004年3月建成投产以来,积极推行清洁生产。通过加强管理和技术改造,采用新技术、新工艺,不断完善和优化生产,积极治理本装置和炼油厂产生的"三废",取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益,实现了延迟焦化装置的清洁生产。
Clean production has been actively promoted since the 1.40 Mt/a delayed coking unit in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Co.was put into operation in March 2004.By means of strengthening management and technical innovation,adopting new technologies and processes,continuously perfecting and optimizing operation and actively disposing of the ' Three Wastes' from the unit and the refinery,good economic benefits and environmental benefits have been a-chieved,and clean production of delayed coking unit is realized.
