摘要
将径向井系统划分为转向器、钻杆、钻进过程和钻头4个组成单元,分析了单元之间的关联参数,提出了钻杆与转向器之间关联参数的3种评价模型:钻杆截面周长变形量、钻杆截面弯曲副轴变形量、钻杆内压弯转模数。在此模型基础上,对转向器滑道侧板间隙、支撑轮间隙、支撑轮型线设计提出了建议;对钻杆材料、规格、工艺参数的选择给出了具体方案。
At first, the ultra-short radius radial system is divided into four units, whipstock, drill-pipe, drilling process and the jet bit. Then, coherent parameters between units are analyzed, and three evaluating models for coherent parameters between whipstock and drill-pipe are suggested, which are models of circular extension, the extension of vice bending axis and diversion module by inner pressure. Based on the models, the clearance between the walls of slide way in whipstock, the clearance between wheels against each other, and the outline of wheels are proposed. Detailed measurement for choosing material, dimensions, and technological parameters of drill-pipe are disclosed as well.
