摘要 常规游梁抽油机设计使用传统异步电机驱动,电机的平均负载率很低,"大马拉小车"现象相当严重,电能浪费巨大。近年来,河南油田在常规游梁抽油机上研究应用了永磁同步电机、超高转差率电机、变频调速电机、多级电机等节能型电机。对上述节能电机的节能原理及应用情况进行分析后认为,上述节能电机均能通过不同途径达到节约抽油机电能消耗的目的。并对上述节能电机的现场适应性及市场应用前景进行了综合评价。 The conventional beam pumping unit uses traditional asynchronous motor to drive and the average load of the electrical motor is very low. The phenomenon of "big horse drafting small cart" is very common and the loss of power is huge. In the past few years, the permanent magnetism synchromotor, the super elevation slippage electrical motor, variable frequency electrical motor, multistage electrical motor and a series of energy saving electrical motor is attempted to be used to the conventional beam pumping unit in Henan Oil Field. On the analysis of the principle of above energy saving electrical motors and the result of the on-site test, we draw an conclusion that the above energy saving electrical motors are all achieve the aim of energy saving by different means. Finally, it is evaluated that the on-site adaptation of above energy saving electrical motors has wide market.
