油井细粉砂防砂工艺技术研究与应用

Study and Application of Fine Silts Control Technique in Oil Wells

辽河油田的油井出细粉砂严重,通过防砂基础理论及试验研究,形成了地层深部防砂与携排砂采油技术。在出细粉砂油井及出砂区块进行试验、应用,年平均采取防砂措施300余井次,防砂成功率达90%以上。

In view of the reservoir geologic features and severe fine silts production situations in Liaohe Oilfield, the technique of sand control deep in formations and sand carrying oil production has been developed through the study in sand control basic theories and tests. The technique has also been tested and applied in the oil wells and blocks with fine silts production. It has been applied for over 300 well/times/y in Liaohe Oilfield with the success ratio of sand control over 90 %, basically solving the problems of fine silts production in oil wells.
