摘要
根据钢管输送过程中钢管与辊子的几何关系建立了辊子曲面的数学模型,运用矢量分析法推导了凹面辊子的辊形曲面方程,为凹面辊子的力学分析及优化设计提供理论依据。
According to the geometry relations of steel pipe and the roller at the steel pipe transportation, we established the mathematical model of roller curved surface, using the vector analysis method, and inferred the concave curved surface equation of concave roller, which provided the theory basis for calculated the forced parameters and the optimized design to concave roller.
