氢键铁电体中的孤子动力学

Soliton dynamics in hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics

摘要 研究氢键铁电体在外场作用下的孤子动力学特性,获得了非对称扭结孤子解的表达式.计算孤子的速度、迁移率和电导率,理论计算结果与实验值很好地相符合. Soliton dynamics properties in hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics, in presence of an external force and damping were studied. Obtained asymmetric kink solitonic solution, calculated soliton velocity, the mobility and the conductivity, the results are in satisfactory agreement with experiment data.
