肌注维生素K_3、654-2对提高胆道疾病超声诊断的研究

Study of Ultrasound Diagnosis of Extrahepatic Bile Duct Disease by Intramuscular Injection of Vitamin K 3 and 654 2

对正常人４０例、胆道疾患４７例施行肌注维生素Ｋ３或６５４－２后超声观察肝外胆管内径变化及下段病变显示率。结果表明，正常人４０例无明显变化。胆道疾患２３例肌注维生素Ｋ３１６ｍｇ后肝外胆管内径均值从１１．６ｍｍ增宽达１３．１ｍｍ，平均增宽１．５ｍｍ；２４例肌注６５４－２１０ｍｇ后肝外胆管内径均值从１２．６ｍｍ增宽达１３．９ｍｍ，平均增宽１．３ｍｍ；同时肝外胆管内透声均改善，下段病变显示率从５７％提高至８５％。本方法为提高胆道疾病的诊断率提供了无创伤的手段。

The changes of inside diameter of extrahepatic bile duct and the detection of the lision in the lower part of the duct after intramuscular injection of Vit. K 3 or 654 2 by ultrasonography in 40 normal sujects and 47 patients were studied. The results showed that in 40 normal subjects, no changes were found, In 23 cases with biliary disease, after intramuscular injection of Vit, K 3 16mg, the inside diameter of extrahepatic bile duct in average increased from 11.6 mm to 13.1 mm, (1.5 mm); 24 cascs after intramuscular injection of 654 2 10mg, the inside diameter of extramuscular bile duct increased from 12.6 mm to 13.9 mm, (1.3 mm). The acoustic transmission of extrahepatic bile duct was improved. Detected lesion in the lower part of the extrahepatic bile duct increased from 51% to 85%. This is a noninvasive method to raise the accuracy rate of diagnosis in the disease of extrahepatic bile duct.
