摘要
针对大庆石油化工机械厂科技攻关项目"三坐标测量机在反求工程中的应用"展开研究。以三旋导向器叶片为研究对象,着重阐述了反求设计实施过程中应用三坐标测量机进行数据测量、曲面数据处理所涉及到的关键技术,以及应用Nurbs方法对三旋导向器叶片曲面模型的构建。
This article carried out the research on the science and technology tackle project of 'three-coordination measuring machine applied on reverse engineering of guide blade' in DaQing petrochemical machine factory.By use of three-cyclone guide blade as example,we study mainly on the technology related to the measured data and data conversion of curve and surface which obtained by three-coordination measuring machine in the implementation of reverse design,as well as utilize the NURBS method to construct curve and surface model of three cyclone guider to produce blades.
