中压锅炉给水泵的优化改造设计

针对多级泵在中压锅炉给水工位运行中出现的问题,提出了利用高速泵进行替代的优化改造方案,详细地介绍了该方案的硬件包括机械硬件和控制硬件及软件模块的设计。这个方案完全针对给水工位的具体工况进行设计,有的放矢,解决了这个给水工位长期不能正常工作的问题。

To deal with the problems occurred in feed water operation of the multi-step pump of the middle-pressure boiler,an optimized scheme of GSB pump is used in its modification.The software module and the hardware such as machine hardware and control hardware are used in the modified scheme which is introduced particularly here.This is the special design scheme for the feed water operation,which solves the problem of abnormal operation in long time.
