摘要
中国石化福建炼油化工有限公司焦化炉对流室上部注水管腐蚀后穿孔泄漏,造成装置临时停车,严重影响装置的长周期运行。分析了造成穿孔的原因属低温露点腐蚀,对焦化炉的注水管进行了技术处理并采取相关措施,实施后效果显著。
A corrosion perforation on water injection pipeline of the coking furnace convection room caused coking unit short time shut down,and brought a serious influence on long term operation.The problem was solved by deep analysis of the cause and desirable method would be used for testing water injection pipeline in coking furnace and a good result has been achieved by taking correct measures.
