烟气轮机是炼油厂催化裂化装置中重要的能量回收设备。YL-24000A型烟气轮机是以青岛大炼油工程项目为依托,由中国石化工程建设公司设计开发的一大型机械设备。文章着重从YL-24000A型烟气轮机的气动方案、材料特点和结构特点较详细地介绍了该烟气轮机的设计开发情况,烟机轮盘材料首次选用了高强度超级Waspaloy合金材料以及多项新结构的使用都是该烟气轮机的亮点。

The expander is the most important energy recovery rotating equipment in FCC unit of refinery.YL—24000A type of expander is de- signed for QingDao refinery project by SIN- OPEC Engineering Incorporation,which has supplemented the gap of recovery power about 24000Kw expander of YL—type expander se- ries.This article stresses on the scenario of de- sign and development of YL—24000A expander from its aerodynamic scheme,material peculiari- ty and structural features.The YL—24000A ex- pander has characteristics of new and preferable structure and first time using super—waspaloy material for its disc.
