摘要
对苯乙烯脱氢反应器裂纹的产生进行了分析探讨,认为其裂纹是由于晶间腐蚀与应力腐蚀造成的,并对其修复进行了阐述,对设备运行管理提出了建议。
In this article,the reason for creating cracks at styrene hydrogenation reactor was ana- lyzed and discussed.It was recognized that inter- granular corrosion and stress corrosion was the main reason resulting in cracks at 304H stainless steel.And the restoration of the crack is stated and operational management of the reactor is put forward in this article.
