冲击脉冲法在滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对滚动轴承发生故障时的缺陷特征,首先分析了冲击脉冲产生的原理,其次分析了滚动轴承寿命的计算方法以及检测中评定参数的制定,最后介绍了检测过程中冲击脉冲法的实施要点及判别标准,并在ADBE-56-N4型交流电机上实测了6350型滚动轴承故障模拟信号,分析验证了冲击脉冲法的合理性和有效性。 Rolling bearing is one of major parts in rotaries,and so it is important monitoring ob- ject in operation.In accordance with the defect feature of rolling bearing,in the article,firstly, analyses principle of shock pulse method (SPM) in details.Secondly,analyses service life formula of rolling bearing and its evaluation parameter. Finally,presents manipulation points of SPM and evaluation criteria of rolling bearing life,and the fault signal of a type 6350 rolling bearing in- stalled on ADBE—56—N4 electric machine measured in the laboratory,which verifies the ra- tional and effectiveness of SPM.
