企业公民创新:台湾苗栗“有机稻场”之个案分析 被引量:1

摘要 进入二十一世纪,企业社会责任(Corporate Social Responsibility,CSR)已呈现新的面貌——企业一方面要创造经济价值,为股东和投资人赚取利润;另一方面,企业要创造社会价值,不仅是依法纳税与做好环保,也要维护劳工权益,热心慈善公益和小区参与。在台湾,具有规模的大企业受到企业社会责任概念的影响,也逐步实践其企业公民的重要角色。本研究以台湾苗栗县苑里镇的"有机稻场"为案例,以个案研究的方式探讨企业藉由何种管道或方式来善尽其社会公民的责任。 In the 21^st Century, the conception of Corporate Social Responsibility has taken on new dimensions. An enterprise should not only strive for economic gains and bring about profits for its shareholders and investors, it should also create social values - i.e., they should not only pay taxes and attend to environmental protection, but should also make efforts to safeguard labor rights, take parts in charities and common welfare causes, and contribute to the well-beings of the community. In Taiwan, those large enterprises which have subscribed to the conception of Corporate Social Responsibility are gradually taking on the role of corporate citizens. This paper takes the Miaoli Organic Farm in Taiwan as an example to explore how enterprises fulfill their responsibilities as social citizens.
