高职教师职业倦怠的矫正与调适

Rectification and Adjustment of Teachers' Occupational Acedias in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校经过20多年的发展,已经成为我国发展高等教育的一支生力军。作为一个新兴的高等教育办学形式,近些年来在获得了长足发展的同时,由于其生源的复杂性、人才培养目标的特殊性,办学模式的开放性等特点,也面临着不少的问题。高职教师群体的生存状况、执教状态、心理健康与否对高职教育的发展影响重大。正视高职教师群体的职业倦怠现象,采用多种措施与方法积极予以矫正与调适意义重大。

Through the development of the higher vocational colleges over 20 years, they have already become a very important part of developing higher education. As a rising school form of higher education, meanwhile in recent year it is obtained considerable development, it is facing many problems for complexity of freshmen source, particularity of talented person cultivating goal, openness of school pattern and so on. Teacher community＇s survival conditions, teaching condition, the psychologically healthy or not, these problems influence greatly on the development of higher vocational educatioh. It is very important to face squarely the teachers＇ occupational acedias of higher vocational colleges and take many kinds of measures to rectify and adjust it actively.
