和谐校园是和谐社会的有机组成部分,高校和谐校园的建立对教育的发展和社会的稳定具有重要意义。文章剖析了高校和谐校园的内涵及其主要体现。认为高校校园的和谐应主要体现为公平有序的教育环境、积极健康的大学精神文化氛围、科学高效的教育管理模式和以人为本的人才培养模式。在对高校和谐校园的主要特征进行分析的基础上,提出了构建高校和谐校园的具体措施。

Harmonious campus is the organic part of the harmonious society. The construction of the harmonious campus has the important significance to the development of education and stability of society. This article first analyses the connotation and main embody of the harmonious campus. The harmony of the harmonious campus includes the fair educational circumstance, the healthy spirit in campus, the scientific model in educational administration and the model in talent education. At the base of analyzing the main characters of the harmonious campus, this article puts forward the concrete measures about the construction of the harmonious campus.
