测量椎弓根间距诊断胸腰椎椎管后环骨折 被引量:1

Measurement of interpediculate distance for diagnosing of posterior ring fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine injuries

摘要 对80例116个胸腰椎骨折的X线平片和CT片进行回顾性测量分析,发现98.3%的病例能根据X线平片准确测量椎弓根间距,结果为正常或增宽者与其CT片的判断均相同。椎弓椎间距增宽的41个胸腰椎骨折者,均伴有椎管后部骨坏骨折。结果表明:椎弓根间距几乎都能根据X线平片测定;当椎弓根间距增宽时,诊断椎体伴椎弓根或椎板骨折的可靠性达100%。本文还讨论了椎弓根间距增宽的标准及其临床意义。 In a retrospective study of 116 thoracic and lumbar spine vertebrae fracture,the interpediculate distance could be accurately assessed on plain roentgenograms in 98. 3%. These findings were equal.to the result of CT scan. There were no false positive of false negative results concerning normal or increased interpediculate distance. The increased interpediculate distance was obtained in 41 injured vertebrae. There were fractures of the pedicle or laminae in all these cases in addition to an injury of the vertebral body. We conclude that interpediculate distance can almost always be assessed and an increased interpediculate distance on plain films is 100% reliable as an indicator of damage to the vertebral body,the pedicle,or the lamina.
