摘要
针对沥青混合料搅拌设备中成品料提升机控制单元的设计问题,利用比较的方法,分析了斗车运行速度的控制策略及控制单元的硬件组成,给出了PLC和单片机控制系统的结构框图。分析指出了斗车运行以分段变速运行控制为佳,并说明了分别以PLC、单片机为基础组成硬件系统的各自优点。结论对从事搅拌设备控制系统设计和维修的人员具有一定的参考意义。
Based on the design problem of the hoister control system of asphalt mixture stir equipment,using the method of comparison,the problem of the control strategy of ladle speed and the control system hardware architecture are analyzed.The block diagram of PLC and single-chip computer are given.The analysis shows that the ladle speed is well changeable,and points out the advantages of the PLC and single-chip computer hardware system.The result is useful to the stir equipment control system design and repair.
