摘要
目的:探讨股骨髁上长节段骨折的最佳治疗方法。方法:自2001年6月至2005年1月,应用逆行交锁髓内钉结合记忆合金骨卡环治疗17例股骨髁上长节段骨折。结果:本组17例骨折均获得愈合,平均临床愈合时间4.6个月,刀口无感染,主钉无断裂、扭曲、折弯,锁钥。无退钉和断裂,无严重并发症发生。结论:采用本方法,骨折复位良好,固定可靠,可早期进行功能锻炼,关节功能恢复良好。
Objective：To explore the optimal treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures. Methods： From June 2001 to January 2005,17 cases of femoral supracondylar fractures, were treated with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nails and shape memory alloy bonetighting rings. Results： In this group, all fractures were healed. The average time of clinical union was 4.6 months. Free from infection,as well as no internal fixation failure happened in all cases. No serious plication occurred. Conclusion： Adopting this treatment, the reestablishment of fractures were excellent, the fixations were reliable. The patients engaged functional exercise in early stage. The functional restoration of knee joint were excellent.
